Protein Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 8 ounces of whipped cream cheese

  • 1 cup of pickles, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning (I use the Trader Joe’s one)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • freshly chopped dill

  • freshly chopped chives

Instructions

  1. This is literally the easiest recipe ever. Just add all ingredients into a bowl and combine. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with pretzels and enjoy!
