Pepperoncini BLTs

Ingredients:
Pepperoncini Mayo
1/3 cup mayo
1 Tbsp pepperoncini juice
1 Tbsp diced pepperoncini
2 Tbsp chopped chives
Sandwich
bacon
ciabatta rolls
oven roasted chicken breast
roma tomato, sliced
iceberg lettuce
pepperoncini
dill pickle chips (optional - from Trader Joe’s)
Instructions
Make the mayo
combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
Make the sandwiches
airfry bacon until crispy. I like mine pretty crispy so I cook it at 400 for 15 minutes in the air fryer.
slice the ciabatta rolls and broil for a few minutes until crispy.
apply mayo to both sides of bread and layer on rest of sandwich ingredients.
Serve with fries or a salad and enjoy!
