Pepperoncini BLTs

Prep time: 20 Minutes Cook time: 10 Minutes Total time: 30 Minutes Servings: 4

Ingredients:

Pepperoncini Mayo

  • 1/3 cup mayo

  • 1 Tbsp pepperoncini juice

  • 1 Tbsp diced pepperoncini

  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives

Sandwich

  • bacon

  • ciabatta rolls

  • oven roasted chicken breast

  • roma tomato, sliced

  • iceberg lettuce

  • pepperoncini

  • dill pickle chips (optional - from Trader Joe’s)

Instructions

Make the mayo

  1. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix

Make the sandwiches

  1. airfry bacon until crispy. I like mine pretty crispy so I cook it at 400 for 15 minutes in the air fryer.

  2. slice the ciabatta rolls and broil for a few minutes until crispy.

  3. apply mayo to both sides of bread and layer on rest of sandwich ingredients.

  4. Serve with fries or a salad and enjoy!
