Pesto Peach Burrata

Prep time: 20 Minutes Cook time: 10 Minutes Total time: 30 Minutes Servings: 4

Ingredients:

Buffalo Ranch Dressing

  • Trader Joe’s flatbread

  • pesto (I use the Trader Joe’s vegan pesto)

  • 1 peach sliced (Trader Joe’s sells jarred peaches so you can make this year ‘round)

  • Heirloom tomatoes, sliced

  • Burrata

  • honey

  • balsamic glaze

  • flaky salt

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350.

  2. spread pesto evenly on flat breads

  3. slice peaches and add to flat breads.

  4. slice heirloom tomatoes and add to flat breads.

  5. place in oven for about 5 minutes.

  6. remove from oven and add burrata, honey, balsamic glaze, and salt.

  7. Place back in oven for another 5 minutes and then slice and serve.
