Trader Joe’s Crunchy Chili Noodles
Prep time: 5 Minutes Cook time: 15 Minutes Total time: 20 Minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients:
Crunchy Chili Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp crunchy chili oil (from Trader Joe’s)
1 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
Noodles
1 pack Trader Joe’s squiggly noodles (all 4 servings)
Eggs
4 eggs
1 Tbsp butter
Toppings
Sesame seeds
Green onion
Instructions
Make the sauce:
combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir until combined.
Make the noodles:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add noodles. Cook for 4-7 minutes until noodles are soft.
Strain when finished.
Cook the eggs:
While noodles are cooking, place butter in pan over medium heat. Once butter has melted, add eggs.
Place lid over pan and cook until eggs are sunny side up.
Assemble Bowls
Add noodles to bowl with crunchy chili sauce and combine.
Add sunny side up egg to top.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top and enjoy.
